Set up vCard for Japanese version

Hallo! I'm going to consult about localizing vCard for Japanese Wikivoyage here:

Referring to Wikivoyage:VCard/How to… and Roland Unger's advice, I updated a few files to disable features for external links. Please advise me if there's something wrong.

There are other tasks: (1) replacing Exchangerate and LinkPhone modules, and (2) coping with "link" parameter and "Details" link.

1. These are modules using current Japanese Exchangerate module, but as I see, all except Exchangerate/date are replaceable or not used. Is it possible to implement the revisionTime function, which returns the date of the last update for the rate, to replace /date module?
2. The "link" parameter was set for the case like there are both internal and external link and for the "Details" ("詳細" in Japanese) link. The "Details" link in the pop-up on the map is a quick link to detailed information in the same article and it purposes reduction of difficulty in finding the vCard part in the body when you want detailed information of the location you found on the map. I think "link" parameter is unnecessary anymore because the former problem was resolved in vCard and the latter can use regex instead of this redundant parameter, but I may have to run a bot to replace link parameter with wiki markup. On the other hand, I think the "Detailed" link is useful to find the description of the pin's location.
